Download the app on your phone or login using your web browser.

How to Login via Desktop

To log in to the new UKG Pro WFM, follow the below steps. If you need assistance, please reach out to your Recruiter.

Step 1

Navigate to https://primetimehealth.ukg.net from your internet browser. This will take you to the login page.

Enter your username and password, then click Sign in.

Your username will be your first initial (uppercase) and last name (first letter uppercase) with your birth month and day
Example: TTester0221
Your password will be your birth month, day, and year.
Example: 02211998

Step 2

This will take you to your homepage, where you can find shortcuts to self-service items and the link to Workforce Management where you will clock in and out.

How to Login via Mobile

To log in to the new UKG Pro WFM Mobile App, follow the below steps. If you need assistance, please reach out to your Recruiter.

Step 1

Install the UKG Pro App from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.

Step 2

Once you’ve installed the app, it will take you to the welcome page and ask you to enter a Workspace access code.

Your Workspace access code is: PRIMETIMEHEALTH

After entering the code, you will be prompted to sign in using your username and password.

Your username will be your first initial (uppercase) and last name (first letter uppercase) with your birth month and day
Example: TTester0221
Your password will be your birth month, day, and year.
Example: 02211998
